Septage
What happens when members of Hyperdontia and Taphos get together and invite a rocker? Almost unlistenable death metal gore grind, of course! This is not music for the wimps, so if you can’t handle it, don’t even buy a ticket, because we’d recognize you at the door and kick you out anyway.
Septage was formed during the pandemic, thanks to three friends who knew each other from the Copenhagen underground scene. The goal was and is to combine death metal riffing with the nastiness and urgency of the best classic goregrind. Malik and Ugur still play in Turkish and Copenhagen bands like Decaying Purity, Diabolizer, Hyperdontia, Ascendency, Taphos, so they are no newcomers and anyone who knows underground death metal will surely register and respect these two for a long time.
In its existence, the band has released two EPs “Septic Decadence” and “Septisk Eradikasyon”, a compilation of these recordings and a split with Hyperdontia. The band’s debut album “Septic Worship (Intolerant Spree of Infesting Forms)” is out this year. The album will be released on Me Saco Un Ojo Records (Vinyl), in collaboration with Dark Descent Records (CD) and Extremely Rotten Productions (tape).
