Don’t look at the waterfall The 5th full moons exhibition was hosted by @round.cas and @heddahafseld who presented their vision in the Easter sun and evening moonlight on April 2nd. @slightliest residency at Galleri Kvikksølv explores how the gallery’s natural surroundings, shifting and renewing with each full moon, shape both the exhibition itself and the experience of its visitors. Thank you for you stay. Galleri Kvikksølv.

TouchDesigner introduction: Analogue lines, digital forms w. Martha Steinmetz Wednesday October 15th, 10:00-16:00 Tvibit – Parkgata 27, Tromsø ✏️Link to the sign up schedule is in bio! This workshop offers a beginner-friendly introduction to visual programming with TouchDesigner - no prior experience required. We will explore how freehand sketching can merge with code-based transformations, creating a dialogue between analogue and digital expression. The focus is on gradually stepping into the logic of visual programming while embracing the spontaneity and flexibility of the software. Together, we'll start from the very beginning - opening TouchDesigner for the first time - and move step by step from analogue lines to digital forms. Requirements: Your preferred sketching materials, a laptop capable of running TouchDesigner (the free non-commercial version is sufficient), a 3-button mouse (not necessary but recommended) TouchDesigner has become Martha's primary tool for working with time-based media. Her practice revolves around observing fleeting moments and growing an archive, often unfolding in live contexts. The TouchDesigner workshop is presented through the Cloud: Exit programme. Cloud: Exit is a part of Insomnia Festivals efforts to help develop and nurture new talents in the electronic music scene of northern Norway. The programme is made possible with support from SNN Samfunnsløftet and @talentnorge
