SLIGHT FUNCTION (KRENZLIN & Y7): German producer Krenzlin and Argentinian producer Y7 (a.k.a. Rhombic) collaborate under the moniker Slight Function. Their collaboration is a testament to their shared passion for delivering high-octane sonic experiences tailored for the most intense peak-time dance floor moments. Their inaugural vinyl release, hosted by Sebastian’s imprint 770-Output, marks a significant milestone in their journey. Sebastian is revered for his residency at the iconic Tresor club, while Daniel is hailed as one of Argentina’s brightest talents within the underground music scene. Sebastian Krenzlin was born and raised in Brandenburg, Germany. It was in the early 2000s when he first got into techno music. In 2009 he played at Tresor for the first time which greatly influenced his progress as an artist. Krenzlin has built up quite the reputation as a producer. If one reads the list of labels which he has released on, it is hard to believe that such a respected discography can be formed in such a short amount of time with releases on Synewave, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Konsequent Records and many others. Born and located in Cordoba City, Argentina, Daniel Graglia starts his career as a producer in the beginning in 2016 under the alias “Rhombic”, a project which allows him to create his trademark sound and rapidly gaining a highly positive reputation as a producer within the techno scene, becoming one of the emerging and most promising new techno artists from Argentina. In 2020 he joins to Sebastian Krenzlin to form the powerful duo Slight Function. After their successful releases on Mindtrip and Nachtstrom, he decides to officially form his new alias Y7, which made its debut on Illegal Alien Records back in 2020 and had further releases on Fundaments LTD. Y7 represents the raw, explosive and faster side of techno, praising the old school techno style of the 90s. Available for worldwide bookings as Slight Function, Krenzlin and Y7.
