SLMF organiser Jackie is putting on a Music Tuesday with the Met Opera! If you have ever been curious about opera, or want to see some world class singing without hopping on the metro north, come down to resigner this tuesday at 1:30! Met Opera artists including Mezzo-soprano Lindsay Martin and pianist Mariam Bombrum will be performing a mix of classic & contemporary arias alongside a few art songs too! Perfect for beginners and opera-lovers alike.

Nikko Lieb is looking for musicians interested in collaborating on a concert on 4/26. The concert is the culmination of their independent study project, “Macbeth: Postmortem,” a concept album featuring songs written from the perspective of each character that dies Shakespeare’s “Macbeth.” The show will be held in Downstage with a set of 7 songs, bringing all the drama and spooky vibes.
