Blame me if the cost of Nikon 35TI cameras goes up. Colin was really interested in getting one when he saw mine during the last photo of us shaking hands 😆 After shooting a few big Tech conferences this summer, it feels like they are becoming more like festivals; the talent they bring to the stages keeps getting better and better and I can actually understand what they are talking about during the keynote! 📷 @colinjost for @inbound

First gig back after paternity leave — no better way to return than with the Wu-Tang’s final tour stop at Chase Center. Total chaos, but honored to spend the first eight songs up close with some of the most legendary names in hip hop. #WuTangClan #chasecenter #WuTangForever #WuTangIsForTheChildren #WuWednesday #36Chambers

Forrest Oakhoon Greene (FOG) Born 5.22.25 at 22:44. Our son carries a name rooted in the strength of nature and the legacy of Christina's maternal grandfather. Watching @christinajsewell give birth was the most powerful and awe-inspiring experience of my life. She called on something deep and ancestral during labor. The team of women who surrounded and supported her—midwives, nurses, and doulas—radiated kindness, dignity, and grace. They made her feel like the only patient in the world, even though for them, this was just another day at work. It was an honor to witness and a profound privilege to be a visitor in the sacred world of birth work. The first week, I felt like my heart was cracked open, cried daily from love and disbelief. Now we’re in week two and the adrenaline is wearing off. A “good night” means three hours of sleep at a time. Back to back to back diaper changes. It can take two hours to settle him, only to be up again so Christina can nurse. Caring for a newborn is tougher than any backpacking trip or overnight shoot. The highs are euphoric—laughter, silly songs, peaceful quiet—but the lows are cranky and seemingly hopeless. We’re learning how to be a family. I’m more in love with this little boy every day. And no matter how little sleep I get, the love and joy make up for it tenfold. Welcome home, baby Forrest 💚

The ocean holds us. It connects continents and cradles life — from whale calves learning to swim, to sea lions playing in kelp forests, to sharks gliding silently beneath the waves. This World Ocean Day, I’m sharing moments from the blue spaces that ground and inspire me — from Hawai‘i to Lofoten, California to the Arctic. Every frame here is a reminder: the ocean is vast, wild, and vulnerable. Let’s fight for its future. 💙🌊

KP 7+ geomagnetic storm happening right now — I hope some of you are lucky enough to witness the aurora tonight! If you’re in the northern U.S., head outside and look north — the lights may be visible much farther south than usual. Here’s one from the archives in Lofoten, Norway to mark the moment. 🌌🇳🇴 Tag me if you catch it!

After shooting EDC Korea last month, I set off solo across the country before stepping into paternity leave. I hiked to the top of Ulsanbawi Rock, wandered the gardens in Sokcho, and relied on my toddler-level Korean to chat with taxi drivers and fishermen. Traveling alone through Korea gave me time to reflect, recharge, and build a deeper personal connection to a place that’s part of my growing family’s story. My wife is half Korean, and our son will be a quarter — so nurturing my own relationship with the culture feels important. I’m grateful for the kind crew and people I met in Incheon, Sokcho, and Seoraksan. Can’t wait to return.
