My second time at the Cannes Film Festival (78th Edition) and what a journey it’s been.
I’ve had an unforgettable experience—watching some truly remarkable films, meeting inspiring creatives, and forming friendships I’ll always treasure.
There’s something magical about a place where ideas never stop flowing and the passion for filmmaking feels endless. But, as with all good things, the festival must come to a close—and now the real work begins.
Here’s to building on this momentum and (hopefully!) returning next year with even more stories to tell and memories to make.

🌍 The popularity of bizarre conspiracy theories is on the rise across the world, and people are starting to believe an online conspiracy that Denmark doesn’t exist.
🇩🇰 The land used to be full of savage pillaging Vikings, and now it's the happiest and most equal country on Earth… it doesn’t make sense!
🎬 Our short film follows the story of one UK woman who does everything she can to convince her best friend that the Scandinavian country is actually real.

🎬 We’re delighted to announce DENMARK DOESN’T EXIST was a semi-finalist for the🏆 Oscar-qualifying Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival.
The festival received over 7500 entries, we were amongst the 900 that received a high enough score to be programmed at the festival.
This means it will be considered for future programming this year across the organization's events and festivals.
While it was not able to be screened with the select few in the official programme of RIIFF, I still count this as a huge achievement as we were informed that the film was highly rated by judges and is being considered for future events.
Short filmmaking is incredibly competitive and even more subjective, certainly with comedy shorts.
It’s great to see the team’s work rated highly by one of the biggest festivals in the world.
