October 2025. Urbino, Italy 🇮🇹
And the very first time we’re sharing the final product from this shoot.
This project was nearly two years in the making and without question our biggest accomplishment of 2025. Planning and producing a styled wedding shoot abroad, learning an entirely new wedding landscape and collaborating with passionate Italian vendors reminded us why we fell in love with this work in the first place.
From navigating logistics in another country to witnessing the dedication, artistry and heart behind the Italian wedding industry, this experience changed the way we see destination planning forever.
This shoot also marks the beginning of destination wedding planning for us - and doing it alongside Strokes Photography made it even more special. Two Toronto vendors following their European wedding dreams together. ✨
This is just the start. We’ll be sharing much more from this incredible shoot very soon.
If you’re based in Toronto, Canada or the U.S. and dreaming of a wedding in Europe, we would love to connect. Reach out to begin planning your destination celebration with us. ✨🇮🇹

A planner tip for grooms.
One thing I see often is couples spending months thinking about one partner’s outfit, while the other partner’s suit or tux becomes a last-minute decision.
Your look should complement the aesthetic of the wedding and help set the tone for the entire celebration.
If you’re starting the suit search this season, it helps to go somewhere that offers a wide range of styles, fits and colours so the entire wedding party can coordinate easily.
I recently visited @tiptop to explore their Event Shop and see the options available for couples beginning that process.
And yes… everyone walking down the aisle deserves to feel confident in what they’re wearing. ✨

One of our favourite ceremony altars we have ever had the pleasure of bringing to life. 🌸 And one of the most stressful days we have ever had doing it.
It rained all day. And we mean all day. There were moments where we genuinely weren’t sure this altar was going to be the backdrop at all. But we kept going, working through every detail together, piece by piece, cluster by cluster - right up until moments before the ceremony was set to begin.
And then the sun came out. ☀️
Blush to hot pink to peach to orange, cascading down a modern white structure with clouds of baby’s breath in between. Every cluster of roses intentional, every colour transition deliberate. After everything it took to get there, watching this come to life in the sunshine was one of those moments we will never forget.
This is what full-service planning looks like behind the scenes. It is not always perfect. But we will always show up and we will always find a way. 💓
If you are dreaming of a team that will go to the ends of the earth for your wedding day, the link to inquire is in our bio. ✨

Grooms are getting more involved in wedding planning and honestly, we love to see it.
Over the past few years I’ve noticed grooms showing up to planning meetings with opinions. They care about the guest experience, the timeline, the design and yes… what they’re wearing.
I recently stopped by @tiptop to check out their Tuxedo Shop and see what options are available for couples starting their suit or tux search, this is a great place to begin.
From different fits and styles, it makes coordinating the groom and wedding party much easier.
And as someone planning my own wedding right now, I can confirm the groom deserves to feel just as confident walking down the aisle too.
If you’re getting married this year and starting the suit search, this is a great place to begin. ✨

To the ones who zip up the dress, hold your hand through the ceremony and cry the happiest tears in the front row. 🤍
Happy Mother’s Day to every mom who has shown up for their child on one of the biggest days of their life. We see you in every quiet moment behind the scenes and every proud look from across the room.
Being trusted to plan and coordinate these celebrations means we get a front row seat to some of the most tender moments between parents and their children. It never gets old.
To all the moms in our community, today is yours. 🌸
In Episode 3 of The Table Is Ours, we have a respectful and honest conversation on vendor green flags and red flags, and what truly makes a difference when building the right team.
From communication and responsiveness to accountability and professionalism, we break down the subtle indicators that often shape the entire wedding experience behind the scenes.
This episode isn’t about calling anyone out, it’s about raising the standard, especially in the luxury market, and helping couples better understand what to look for when choosing their vendors.

This is your reminder that design doesn’t just come together overnight.
Especially at a venue like Evergreen Brick Works where everything is a blank canvas and every single detail is brought in.
Mockups like this are the result of countless conversations and collaboration. You’re seeing me and Amna from Lemon Truffle Designs here, but there are so many other vendors behind the scenes shaping the final vision.
A + A joined us virtually from New York for this one… and we can’t wait to bring it all to life this summer. ✨

Dark botanicals, scalloped chargers with black trim, burgundy velvet napkins tied with a black ribbon and a ruffle cake that belongs in a different era entirely. 🖤
This Doctor’s House reception was a masterclass in moody, intentional design. Every element on the table had a reason to be there. The anthurium leaves adding drama and structure to the florals, the film photography capturing the warmth of candlelight in a way that digital simply cannot replicate and a colour palette that committed fully and never wavered.
When a couple has a clear vision and trusts the process, this is what’s possible. A room that doesn’t just look beautiful but actually feels like something. ✨
