Really enjoying the Shred Prep Challenge from @mtnedgeperformance massive thanks for the motivation to share and record stuff, but also the work you put into the sessions and to share all that for free is incredible.
To all board and snow sports people, check out Liz's page for targeted, quick and easy sessions you can do anywhere, I have practiced outside on the grass and in the living room so it's way more accessible and straight forward than you might think.
I've been doing yoga for over 10yrs and it's actually amazing to have found someone who is focused on my main activitys, I can see the focus in every rep and set that's targeted for specific functions. Looking forward to getting them gainz and full send shreds, eventually when the snow comes.
