Meet David, our Executive Chef at Sixpoint Brookfield Place, who's been servin' up leadership, flavor, & serious attention to detail since 2023. David leads by example every day, keeping morale high and quality even higher. His motto is simple: take care of the team, and everything else — including the guest experience — falls into place.
His favorite part of the job? Chicken tenders, hands down. From prep list to plate, David’s involved in every step — cutting, marinating, breading, and of course, cooking them to perfection.
