Watch my soul explode out of my body when the song drops… ✨ As soon as I heard the opening notes to myth it was like something settled deep in my body and my mind instantly dropped into the deepest, most joyful flow state I’ve ever experienced. Back in may I had the incredible opportunity to learn from my biggest hoop & dance inspiration @danceswithcircles . Something that resonated deeply within me that Rachel challenged us to do was to lean into moments of stillness within flow, to pose and allow for breathe and space to enter. As a go-go-go speed demon, that was a real challenge for me- my last name means whirlwind in Ukrainian and I allow that to shape most of my life. It took awhile for this lesson to really integrate in to my body, I wasn’t really fully capable of hooping consistently until the end of June… but my goal for my performances at shambhala was to integrate moments of stillness and breathe like Rachel had challenged me to do months beforehand. To have it happen subconsciously onstage within my flow and become the moment people consistently brought up to me for the impact it had on them meant the world to me. To feel yourself grow and expand as an artist onstage is truly out of this world. I’m forever thankful for stages like this that allow for the freedom of play essential to explore dynamic explosive movement, teachers that challenge you to take a step outside your comfort zone, and for resilient body’s that convert trauma and forced stillness and downtime into art. It’s taken me a long time to register just how transformative an experience it was to learn from Rachel, thank you thank you thank you for your powerful teachings that went so beyond dancing with a hoop 💕✨ This is truly my favorite moment I had onstage this summer, I think I’ve watched it at least a hundred times over and over and it brings me so much joy every time. This was the first time I had the LED silk hoop onstage, and it easily became my favorite prop, I can’t wait to see where it goes next 💕 ⭕️: @astralhoops atomic v af + Hoop silk: created by me in partnership with @silk_electric Costume: made by me ✌️ Cover photo by the epic @therealmattlove

What an honour to kick off my shambhala sets performing for @sundogmusic_ grove stage debut 🍄🌿 and to have all of my friends cheering me on made it that much more special 💜this year was an absolute grind and I wouldn’t have made it back to the stage without their love and support. If there is one set I rinse more than any other when I’m flowing on my own or with the homies, it’s sundogs set from last year at the rabbit hole. Having the opportunity to get up on my favorite stage to perform to my favorite tunes is what made this year so incredibly special. Congrats max on such an epic set and for accomplishing a massive dream, was very cool to check a grove booking off the dream list at the same time 💕👏 So much love to two of my favorite silk fan artists @dez.iyre & @shaunanikles for constantly inspiring me to evolve my fan flow ❤️ Wearing an outfit entirely made by me paired with the most incredible body paint by @zamimariaart 🎨 there is nothing quite like making new friends and collaborating on art together 💕 thank you for making me feel so incredibly powerful and confident for my first official grove stage booking 🔥 Silks by the incredible @silk_electric 🌈 Mad love to the amazing @pearlcicci for being front and centre to capture the moment and cheer me on again and again 💕 (and a special shout out to @hoomanhoops for the best “WERK BITCH” ever caught on camera 🤣)

This moment dancing for @tor_music on the @grove_stage meant the world to me, as an artist, a creator, a mover & a maker, but most importantly, it meant the world to the inner dancing child that was lost for so long. As a child I spent so much of my time dancing & creating, planning performances for friends and family after dinner & moving to the music my mom created. When I began my biochemistry degree I put that little child in a box and unlocked her only a few times a year. @shambhala_mf has always been home to me as it was that special time each year where I let my inner child free, only to shove her back in the box & continue with school days after it ended. The adult who locked that inner child away suffered greatly for it. Picking up a hoola hoop was like unlocking the box my inner child resides in, & she erupted with wings to create, explore & bask in her divine feminine energy. Leaving my PhD was the hardest decision of my life but has time & time again been solidified as the best path for me as a woman & a child. When I flow I listen to lots of different music, but the music that has consistently resonated with every fibre of my being & connects me to the earth has been @tor_music . Going into the weekend it was my dream to bring my art to the stage for his set & everything came about in the most magical way for it to happen. Last year at shambhala was my first time flowing at a festival, & during his living room set I experienced the first massive breakthrough in my flow, & during his grove morning set I experienced the second. The third massive breakthrough in my flow happened on stage one year later at sunrise on the very last day. So proud of the type of movement I brought to that stage, It’s the movement I want to continue to focus on in the future. Thank you to all my friends & family who have supported me on the road to this moment, & to the @grove_stage for the opportunity to lay my passion on such a beautiful platform. WHAT A GIFT! Lots more to come 💕 thank you to everyone for the incredibly heartfelt messages about this performance. Knowing that my greatest & highest love resonated with so many of you has left me feeling such joy 💕

In the final moments of 2025, I’m finally sharing one of my favorite moments of the year that has been living rent free in my head since it happened. Performing for the first set on the brand new grove stage to the incredible soundscapes created by @tor_music & @djmurge was truly one of the most fulfilling moments of my performing career. Thank you @macsav for knowing exactly how to bring out the best in my flow, for entrusting me with that first set, and including me in a group of artists that you beyond intentionally curated to elevate every moment of music they were paired with onstage. Thank you @the.flowarrior for being such an amazing artist to share the set with, steaming silks and grooving backstage is always a pleasure with you. And thank you to @footprintsbyron and the entire @grove_stage team for transforming what was already an incredible platform for play and performance into something truly, unbelievably epic. To my friends who always showed up to cheer me on, help me carry my absurd amount of props and self care bags from place to place, and hold up my silks while I spent an obnoxious amount of time steaming them to perfection (@daynadevours you know who you are), I love you all to infinity and beyond. And a final thank you to whoever brought out the bubble machine, you made my dreams come true 🫧 2025 has been both a challenging and fulfilling year of evolution for me that meant taking a step back from a platform that didn’t feel like it was aligning with my personal values in order to focus in on creating a foundation in my life to launch into 2026 stronger and more capable than ever. I left an old life behind to start a new one filled with deeper friendships and creative outlets and I can’t wait to see what we will create together in 2026. I have lots more to share, maybe I’ll post it soon, maybe I’ll disappear into the forests of Vancouver again for a few more months before popping back out to say hello 🧚🫧 Head to toe costume handmade by myself Silks from @silk_electric

Wishing I could transport back to my favorite place and this beautiful moment of absolute joy, peace and abandonment captured by @lumberjackskin 🌈 🌅 Life’s been coming hard and fast lately and I wanted to take a second to give you guys some long overdue updates! I know I haven’t been very visible on here, but in the background I’ve been a vortex of work, creativity and self care. Taking a step back from socials when everything started to physically and metaphorically burn in the world around me was absolutely non negotiable for my mental and physical health. I’m someone who struggles to not internalize everything around them, and to stay in a place of creativity, self love and healing, I had to dial everything else back hard. I want to share everything I’ve been cooking up with you, and I intend to, but as a human existing in the dumpster fire with ADHD, I’m struggling to find a balance between enjoying all the goodness this app has to offer with the mindless dopamine mining pit of negativity I inevitably get sucked into. And more than that I struggle with giving a platform whose creators not only ignore hatred and lies, but profit off of their proliferation, my time and energy. I wish there was an alternative platform that promoted balance, kindness, empathy, truth, creation and community. But for now I will try to focus on reconnecting with the incredible community I have on here and tuning out the bad ✌️ I’ll be making another post asap with some flow and the things I’m incredibly excited about asap 💕 Sending love to everyone struggling to navigate the world right now. Remember to cherish the pockets of joy and to disconnect from the online and connect to the people who lift you up offline 💕

Finally sharing this epic north/south hemisphere silky moment between @jessihoopz and I 💗 Looking back on 2024 I am so grateful for deep friendships and epic connections, and meeting Jessi spontaneously is one of those 2024 moments I’ll treasure forever. Right before shambhala started I found out Jessi would be flying up from Australia to attend and I was so hoping we would be able to meet up amidst the craziness that is shambhala. My schedule was absolutely nuts and the service there is sketch at best, but one night on a random solo wander I meandered to the back of stage where ashez was playing and saw an absolutely epic hooper laying down some slick LED dubs. I sat and watched and enjoyed for a few moments and then thought “huh that person looks kinda familiar” and low and behold, that hooper was Jessi and we got to boogie together to one of our mutually fav DJs playing his shambs debut and connect over music and flow and friendship. And like up this epic jam sesh during @alexinthemoon beautiful @grove_stage set the following day 🌅 Shambhala is one of those places where trying to meet up rarely works, but when you surrender to the forest, it gifts you beautiful moments of spontaneous connections right when you need them. So grateful to have connected with the more saturated half of my purple, teal and pink color palette and can’t wait for more epic jams in the future 💕 manifesting a trip down to Australia to perform together one day 🤞 My beautiful silks were made by @silk_electric Jessi’s stunning silks were made by @stateofflow.propshop

It’s actually disheartening how much content I’m sitting on from this summer of moments that brought me so much joy. The pressure to color grade and edit and precisely time content into a l g o consumable pieces really sucked the intention right out of why I started documenting my flow journey on this app in the first place. I admittedly love going back through my content and rewatching my old flow videos to see how I’ve grown, remember combos I’ve long since forgotten, and to relive moments that brought me genuine, deep seeded joy. But when I started picking up traction on the app and my quintessentially “sixohflow” pastel, beautiful, time and labour intensive videos started becoming the videos that were successful, it led me away from posting when and how I wanted to carefully planning out what days and times to post and which content goes when….. and it all spiralled into being overwhelming and not sustainable for me. It’s hard to balance… the bookings I’ve received as a direct result of the visibility I gained on here are very much a payoff of the hard work that went into creating the content I did. But I want my feed to be a love letter to my flow, of all the moments I’ve loved creating in, not just the ones I’ve created for this app. So it’s time to🖕posting perfectly, and start posting for me again. So I’m unearthing all the things I’ve hesitated to post 💕 here’s a nice long flowment from @sundogmusic_ at the @grove_stage at @shambhala_mf that submerged me in the good good flow sauce. Outfit by me 💕 Hoop from @georevhooping Body paint by the incredible @zamimariaart

Hello world, it’s me, sixohflow, living out my fairy fantasy dreams 🧚 If you had told me a few years ago that my job would be envisioning, designing and bringing to life sugar plum fairy inspired characters to play with my best friends, I would have thought you were joking. Yet here I am, four nights a week, playing a fairy and feeling my inner child singing and rejoicing with glee ✨ Life has been pretty challenging as of late between yet another back flare and traveling for work, but coming home and creating these characters snapped me out of a spiral and brought my so much fulfilment. As a young girl I grew up loving the nutcracker and all things whimsical and beautiful like ballet 🩰 And while it wasn’t an art form I ever pursued, so much of my personal flow style has been inspired by the elegant lines and graceful movements of ballerinas. Bringing these nutcracker inspired characters to life alongside my creative soul mate @carmenxelektra has been so incredibly nourishing…. while simultaneously being the most incredibly difficult, intricate and time consuming pieces I have ever created. I made these characters to be equally as beautiful during the day as they are lit up at night and I can’t wait to share more photos of them 💕 So grateful to have a tribe of incredibly talented and creative individuals around me both inside and outside of @elektriccollective to push, support and cheer me on as a creative each and every day 🥰 Thank you @destinationdowntown.van for having me out to spread magic 🪄

Presenting @elektriccollective ‘s take on The Nutcracker Ballet for our newest LED holiday characters 💫 @sixohflow and I had been exploring the concept since the start of November, but from the time we got the green light to pull the trigger on creating these, we had exactly 10 days to meet the deadline for their debut. Hannah took the lead on meticulously hand crafting every last detail of the Sugar Plum Fairies while I agonized over the positioning of 56 gold buttons and 8 ostrich feathers for the Toy Soldiers. Many set backs and late nights were had, tears were shed, and in the end we pulled off the most epic BFF project I could have imagined. Eternally grateful to be co creating alongside the powerhouse that is @sixohflow 💖 Thank you @destinationdowntown.van & @eventlab_van for giving us the opportunity to live our our Nutcracker Ballet dreams 🩰✨ 📸 @marktoebaert Rainbow Map LED installation by @neilmanchon 🌈
