In the final moments of 2025, I’m finally sharing one of my favorite moments of the year that has been living rent free in my head since it happened.
Performing for the first set on the brand new grove stage to the incredible soundscapes created by
@tor_music &
@djmurge was truly one of the most fulfilling moments of my performing career. Thank you
@macsav for knowing exactly how to bring out the best in my flow, for entrusting me with that first set, and including me in a group of artists that you beyond intentionally curated to elevate every moment of music they were paired with onstage. Thank you
@the.flowarrior for being such an amazing artist to share the set with, steaming silks and grooving backstage is always a pleasure with you. And thank you to
@footprintsbyron and the entire
@grove_stage team for transforming what was already an incredible platform for play and performance into something truly, unbelievably epic. To my friends who always showed up to cheer me on, help me carry my absurd amount of props and self care bags from place to place, and hold up my silks while I spent an obnoxious amount of time steaming them to perfection (
@daynadevours you know who you are), I love you all to infinity and beyond. And a final thank you to whoever brought out the bubble machine, you made my dreams come true 🫧
2025 has been both a challenging and fulfilling year of evolution for me that meant taking a step back from a platform that didn’t feel like it was aligning with my personal values in order to focus in on creating a foundation in my life to launch into 2026 stronger and more capable than ever. I left an old life behind to start a new one filled with deeper friendships and creative outlets and I can’t wait to see what we will create together in 2026.
I have lots more to share, maybe I’ll post it soon, maybe I’ll disappear into the forests of Vancouver again for a few more months before popping back out to say hello 🧚🫧
