Establishing first ascents, is an arduous journey. It is filled with Alex’s answer. You have to search for a stellar line, you have to hang out and spend countless hours trying hard and in the end you close the learning curve when you ascend successfuly a boulder before giving it a name and a grade.
At Sit Start, it’s not about planting flags, it’s about leaving fingerprints. Every climber who scrubs a hold, breaks in a pad, or shares beta is shaping what bouldering becomes here. The field grows with each person who chooses to try.

We get asked all the time by non-climbers what this phrase means. Basically, it’s our way of putting a fun, local twist on our favorite activity bouldering! From the start, we decided to give it an Arabic flavor and turn it into the name of our event.
Check out the recap of Yalla Nbalder V2, which went down at l’Univers, our third awesome bouldering spot! Two days packed with epic climbs, delicious food, loads of sends, and nonstop smiles. Around 75 people made the trip out there, from first-timers to seasoned climbers, all just having a blast and soaking in the vibes.
We’re super proud of how it all turned out, and even happier to share this amazing spot with the whole climbing community. The boulder field is now officially open, so grab your shoes, your crashpads and come check it out!
