Nina Waring, the latest artist to join our Art Bag Project, was inspired by native NSW flora, especially after catching wind our latest grounds upcycling efforts with our mates at @_reground .
She jumped at the chance to design an Art Bag not only because she loves how it brings art into everyday life but because she’s seen them first-hand at her local, @franksnbeans_eastcorrimal , sitting on full display behind the bar.

1 MILLION coffee pucks diverted from landfill!
Back in October we linked up with @_reground to stop spent coffee grounds ending up in landfill. Fast forward and 100+ Sydney cafes and restaurants are now on board with our Giving a Puck mission.
We’re not done though, and we’re still keen to see more people in the NSW hospo scene getting involved. The bigger the crew, the bigger the impact.

Incoming milestone! As part of our ongoing carbon fighting efforts (and in light of omni-present worldwide energy f*&ckery), upgrading our solar has been bumped up the priority list. Thanks to @greencomau and @lifecycleplus we recently got some shiny new solar panels installed and are now generating 100% of our Roastworks electricity via solar! #hotstuff #nodeathtocoffee
