Industrial processes are built on remarkable science, yet their visual documentation remains surprisingly sparse. For this cement industry product film, the only available visual asset was a vertical image of a catalyst dosing hopper, captured in low light with almost no environmental context. Because the frame isolated the hopper, the entire surrounding setup had to be constructed and gradually expanded into a horizontal frame. Piece by piece, the entire environment was built through multiple rounds of AI generation and compositing, layering in realistic details, until the setup began to resemble how catalyst dosing actually happens inside a cement plant.
