These last two weeks, I learned a few things: I can drive cross country pretty easily..as long as I stretch. . I am in fact..a CITY GURL. Camping ain’t for me, but glamping is 😅 ..however, I will always say yes to any experience at least one time, and I will actually do it again with another group of good people.. . It is very easy to fall in love with NOLA. What the rent be like?? . The immense support that I received in regards to a popular local artist in Vegas, stealing my work and releasing it as her own personal body, on all streaming platforms, reflects the level of respect that I have in the city of Las Vegas. My integrity, my work ethic, my professionalism has always taken me very far.. even in uncomfortable situations, you can’t usually say that my reaction to something wasn’t warranted, and rooted in wanting justice in the matter.. Don’t get mad at me because I don’t play the game and accept abuse in professional environments.. . I go in with the upmost intention to build community, meet new artists, and promote local sustainability, culturally, and among your peers. If you really cross me- I promise that you’ll receive every piece of karma that you deserve. I see that too often.. [Jill Scott and I are kinfolk lol] . This is the only version of that gnarls barkley headass that I’ll accept.. . It’s hard for me to wrangle with failure. . I have curated community for years with yall in mind, and rarely myself in mind. But in order to help others, I need to invest in the talent that brought me here. Mad music & a gallery coming this year in Vegas & NYC. . I have many berets in many colors lol I’m quite fly..even with a limited wardrobe 💁🏽‍♀️ . I will never bring white kicks to a festival again . I will be placing myself within environments that socially and economically support my art without hesitation. Aye- I know I’m dope and I need to find the right environment for that to be seen in.. My time in the desert is in its final chapters.. so honor me while I’m here. . I’ve been talking to people all day who are in shock and awe at the matter- especially because 1: I used to be super cool w the thief 2: I’ve clarified that she is NOT new to this and made the conscious decision to not credit anybody.. The excuse of “not knowing” is out the window.. 3: People know her in Vegas as a “sweetheart.” Shes finally just getting called out on the multiple occurrences of bad business that I am also finding out among my peers..WILD 4: Some folks feelings were hurt in this.. especially when they’ve been supporting you for the majority of your local career. . . Think twice beloved. She really doesn’t know who I am..I hope you get what you need from this album asap because it’s absolutely coming down dummy.. . . Workshop coming soon on how to protect your intellectual property. We should never be going through this at all- let alone be the victims of this among our own peers.. CRAZY 😒

33 years around the sun 🌍🌞 2.26.93 I’m not gone lie, I’ve been enjoying living my life quietly, focused on getting right and staying right with God. Although there are some inhumane and heinous crimes that have been going on in society; it doesn’t mean we have nothing to thank God for. Encouraging each and every one of you to take into account that God has kept you and brought you this far for a reason. Live out your testimony so that you can help others live out of their own.
