This is the look of a very happy Choreographer and Associate Director. 2026 has started strongly and it is not lost on me. Nor is it lost on me the ever so kind review of our phenomenal production of Andrew’s Phantom Of The Opera by one Jansson J Antmann of @limelight ~ I thank you deeply for seeing and understanding every step that I created for this Production knowing full well that one could NEVER nor wish to eclipse the utter brilliance of those that came before me. It was a labour of love on every conceivable level. Since closing on May 3 I have taken a moment to remember the 18 year old in the picture with her beloved Mum and Dad on her Opening night of the original Production all those years ago ( BC ) ~ my only wish was to have both my precious parents in the audience this time around, but alas... I hope so earnestly that you are aware of it all. The journey. And it’s all because of you. I am grateful. Ever so grateful. For the work, the opportunity, the CAST, my fellow creatives and all those at LWE for bestowing upon Simon, Guy and myself the gift of a reimagined phenomenon. I believe it was. A colossal feat in 3 weeks made all the more doable with a sublime cast assembled. @guysimpsonguy love you just a little bit @simonphillips - you’ll never see this as you hate social media but love you just a little bit too. And just like that... Our 3 week rehearsal period has come to an end and we are on the eve of heading into tech and the magnificence that is the HOSH theatre for Phantom Of The Opera 2026. Rehearsals have been a blur but one thing is for certain, amidst the learnings and the laughter sits an unequivocal love for a Show and Company that are about to blow the socks off Australia! I have always been fortunate to only do the work I want to do - and this Chapter is no exception. This Company of Artists is like going back in time ~ where we take the craft ever so seriously, yet ourselves? Forget about it - And that’s where the magic lies - To the Cast of 2026, Thank you x Now let’s count down until the rest of the world can get a glimpse of this Spectacle! Grateful. PS. Been a long while since I posted last - life gets very busy. But today I take a moment to breathe and reflect and bask in the pure unadulterated glow of being back where most happy and with the people that mean most. My dear, dear friends. My Birthday this year saw me taken to Paris with my Loves, Luca and C for breakfast and a walk along the Seine only to be back in London that evening to laugh, love, eat, drink, and surround myself with friends I hold so dear. @theivychelseagardenlondon thank you for a most magical evening.
