As a Roma supporter, Claudio Ranieri has always meant a lot to me. But beyond football, what really stands out is his leadership style—humble, composed, full of heart.
Even though we work in completely different industries, I find myself genuinely inspired by the way he manages people. He never made it about himself. He trusted his team, built real relationships, and led with a kind of quiet strength that’s hard to find.
In hospitality, especially in the high-pressure world of luxury hotels and restaurants, it’s easy to get caught up in the noise. Ranieri reminds me of what really matters: treating people with respect, building belief, and leading with integrity.

Sezanne has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career.
