Introducing @claudia_rohrauer and @simonaobholzer – two fascinating voices in Vienna’s contemporary art scene. @claudia_rohrauer uses photography to explore the medium itself — as a cultural technique, material, and field of knowledge — combining conceptual and experimental strategies to investigate its diverse aspects and potentials. @simonaobholzer explores the relationship between body, space, image, and perception through her multimedia works. By employing reduction and movement, she challenges visual habits and aims to create new spaces of visual experience. We had the chance to visit both in their shared studio and gain a close-up look at their distinct creative processes. Want to see more?
