A few weeks ago I had the honour of supporting @guvnab for his headline in collaboration with the Nest Sessions.
I first met Guvna B at the Youth Music Awards last year and I mentioned how it was a shame I wasn’t performing that night, I could have showed him what I’m about. So it’s mad how the first time performing in front of him was when I was supporting him lol. Life is funny.
It was a pleasure hearing tracks from his new album ahead of release and glad to be able to finally listen to it myself - stunning work! Congratulations on the new release.
Thank you again to @thenestsessions for having me on and looking forward to playing Upstairs with The Nest at Ronnie Scott’s this Saturday! Apparently it’s already sold out which is wild 🙏🏽

Two weeks ago, we played the Jazz Cafe for a Malibu 10th anniversary special performance. It was crazy to perform at such a legendary venue, thank you to @giligoldbergmusic for putting together the band! Crowd was wild, a time was had. This time, I was there as Anderson .Paak, next time I’ll be there as simon a. 😤

This live version of Head Home gasses me up every time I listen to it cause it really is its own thing, like this part here isn’t even in the original, it’s only here! Where @giligoldbergmusic@itszvk@kristjanboy and @lox_drumz just take it to a whole other level. I like it when live versions do that :) I’m thinking about maybe dropping it on streaming, maybe like next week, thoughts? 👀👀👀👀
