It happens quick so make sure you have everything within arms reach so you’re not scrambling..HAH, but seriously the eggs should be in constant motion from the second they hit the hot pan or they will be overcooked. If done correctly, it shouldn’t take more than 45 seconds to cook 3 eggs. Send me pics of your eggs and I will rate them. I love you, Shabbat shalom, have a great weekend ā¤ļø Do you want to know how to make a perfectly jammy soft boiled egg next?

Back with another. This time we soaked and peeled some very sweet and plump dates before smashing them flat in my electric blue tortilla press. A few buttons of whipped Gorgonzola, crispy Prosciutto, clusters of crushed pistachio, paper thin jalapeño, lemon zest and juice. An outstanding combination of flavor and texture. Salt and sweet. What a treat! I RUV ROO 🐶

So glad I know this exists. Cherry šŸ¤ Chocolate. Suns coming out. It’s cherry season. These cherries were $14. They were kinda mid. Make some tahini hard shell pops. Thank you @adeenasussman . Go get her new book. Be happy. Love hard. That is all.

I’ve never made a blintz soufflĆ© before but I figured it cant be bad and I was right! It’s actually very good. Especially good with @manischewitzco frozen blintzes. I used 6 of their sweet cheese and 6 of their blueberry blintzes for the best of both and even made my own blueberry compote to go overtop. Stellar! I love you ā¤ļø

I like starting my fried rice with a Sinangag (Filipino garlic fried rice) base and then building off of that. It’s pretty incredible on its own but the addition of filet mignon, oyster mushrooms, snap peas and black truffle take this fried rice to new heights. Packed with flavor and just a real pleasure in the mouth. I love you ā¤ļø

Enjoying a dish at a restaurant, then going home and trying to recreate it in my own kitchen. It’s a fun challenge that requires me to eat with intention and be present with each bite. What am I tasting? Why do I like it? What does each component add? Can I make it better? Can I make it at all? All questions I ask myself while dissecting with my mouth. The original dish from @pandcdining used snap peas which I definitely preferred over the asparagus. The original also used Colatura in the aioli which is essentially the Italian version of fish sauce. I couldn’t find any, so opted for quality Vietnamese fish sauce instead. It did the job. First time puffing rice and it felt like I was back in science class. Very fun! I love you ā¤ļø

To be honest, this dish kind of drove me crazy. I’d been marinating on it for a couple weeks and found myself going in circles, unable to make any concrete decisions about where to take this, what ingredients to use and what it would look like. The options were overwhelming and sometimes going to the grocery store to get specific ingredients for a recipe, ends up turning into other ingredients screaming at you for not picking them. We’ll look at ya now ā€œother ingredientsā€! This is truly one of the best things I’ve ever made. I was so skeptical of this wasabi, onion and labaneh dressing and it ended up being the star of the show. 10/10 and great beef from @themeathook

#ad When I was a kid I genuinely thought that classic S’mores couldn’t get any better but @hersheys new Milk Chocolate with caramel takes this camping staple to a whole new level. It’s got it all, crunchy, velvety, ooey gooey deliciousness all in one bite. Just the perfect sweet treat to share with friends and family while sitting around a campfire. Try Hershey’s Milk Chocolate with Caramel in your next s’more! #HERSHEYSpartner
