Thank you @beaforman_ and the @phillyinquirer for shining a light on Little Bean as we near one month of being open and telling more of our story and how we got here.
We're really enjoying settling into this space and to be sharing it with you all! Can't wait to roll out those Chocolate Chip Cookies, @silber.ware mugs, and to flesh out our drink menu a bit - Applething Latte will only be here for so long, ya know? 🥲
Truly grateful for the warm reception and chance to showcase our treats, our growing drink program, and ~to quirk it up a bit~ :)

bean is our dog!
today is her gotcha day and we love her. she's a freaky ball of joy and even though she can be a reactive little maniac, she's our maniac. ilana has done an incredible job working with and supporting her, helping her even out over the past couple of years. can't believe it's only been two but also damn time is flying 🥲
bean plays hard with the big dogs, loves chillin hard under the covers, and she brings out the best of our other dog and bagel shop namesake, cleo.
we named the cafe for bean cause we figured sister shop/sister dog, little cafe/coffee bean... you get the idea.
little bean as a space is very much part of the cleo bagels family. you can see the resemblance but like siblings, the space has its own personality and style.
we hope you enjoy our cafe and what we're doin here independent of and in relation to cleo bagels - whether or not you like our dogs. no one's gonna love them as much as us - but ya gotta admit bean's pretty dang cute 😏

Excited to share that she's been revisiting her pottery practice (Silberware x Little Bean 🏺🫘) and she's joined the team in a new bts ~Operations & Development~ role.
Makin waves in 2026, stoked to be on this journey together 🌊💞
WE OPENED @cleobagels !!!!! and that calls for the aforementioned soppy post where i let you know just how lucky i feel to be with someone who jumps into the deep end, who dreams big and often, and who gasses me up to do the same. more than anything, i feel awe at the gravitational pull of alex’s dream for community.
it’s been a difficult few years and some days we didn’t know if we’d ever get the doors open. but through the fog were endless friends and family members who helped us keep the dream alive, checking the electric, helping design the space, building the counter and bagel case, excavating the backyard with alex, the list goes on and on… 🥹💓
and on the other side i get to watch my tender bagel maker and love @cleobagels break bread with the world around us, in a space that we hope makes you feel ease and warmth and full of tasty treats. 🥯
