Film Editing changed my life.
When I first started editing films just over a decade ago, it was driven purely by passion, the thrill of storytelling. There was no clear path to where I am today.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects that pushed me to grow, collaborating with talented teams, and seeing my work reach global audiences who connected with the stories we told.
Today, I’m incredibly honored to share that my journey has reached a new milestone: In recognition of my work as a film editor, I have been endorsed as an Exceptional Talent in Film and Television by Arts Council England and granted a Global Talent Visa. This is more than a visa or an endorsement, it’s a validation of years of dedication, learning, nurturing relationships and belief in the power of storytelling.
I’m excited for the opportunities this opens up to contribute to the film and creative industry in the UK, collaborate with inspiring talents, and continue crafting stories that resonate globally.
I am grateful to everyone who has in one way or the other contributed to my professional journey and to my application. This wouldn’t be possible without you.
I don’t like to sound “inspirational” but to anyone starting out or chasing their dreams in film and television: I personally believe persistence, curiosity, and a love for your craft will take you places you never imagined. Keep creating, keep learning, and keep believing in the journey.

Like I always say - Editing is an invisible art but editors should not be invisible. Editing is at the heart of storytelling and without editing we wouldn’t have what we now call movies.
