When we began our education in jewellery, we naturally looked to Elsa Peretti’s work for Tiffany & Co. A master of silver whose work shaped the history of both jewellery and object design in the 20th century.
It was her tableware that stayed with us most, the way she turned functional objects into titillating ornament! Our Salt Shaker Ring grew from this idea, a piece that moves between object and adornment with purpose and play.
A defining design in our CORE collection, it is a sculptural bombe form punctured with seven openings at its crown, a nod to the dot of our logo. The ring echoes our world of CORE and the universality of the salt shaker that sits on every table!

With India’s background in costume design for film, cinema naturally finds its way into SIGLA. Cate Blanchett’s 1950s looks in Carol were one of the references behind our Sprig, we loved the power of the pins worn throughout the film. We took that vintage aesthetic and reworked it into something that felt lighter, sleeker and easier to wear with a modern wardrobe, while still keeping a nod to the glitz of costume cinema.
Yesterday our penpal @suuunji visited us in Milan from Seoul! She added a Woven S-Link Chain to go with her SIGLA Sapphire Dove Brooch.
