We have been planning late into the nights, thinking about every detail that we hope will make you feel strong, seen, and celebrated. This weekend is set for our diamonds. If you have not already, invite a friend. And if you are thinking about coming alone, come anyway. You belong here. We have a full day planned, so plan accordingly, queens. The ladies behind @sofenomenalagencygroup wined and dined us last night as we attended TNTED, which on paper is an exclusive, invite-only dinner experience created to honor women who move culture forward. Anchored in the beauty and spectrum of brown, from complexion to creativity, from influence to legacy, this evening is designed to honor the depth and richness you carry. IRL, it was an intimate night with close friends, holding space for the dedication that we each pour into ourselves and outward. We, alongside Ivana and Melissa, were showered with love, grace, and @sirdavis hunnnny. The details filled every inch of the room, the table was elegantly set, every detail considered, as we shared dinner family style, holding side conversations, catching up, and just being people. Moral of the story is, go to dinner with your friends and really talk. Don’t get lost in the “catch me up,” but where are we in our hearts, where do we need prayer, and how are we really. Sit long enough to hear what isn’t being said. Say the things that don’t always make it into the group chat. And laugh, from the bottom of your belly, the kind that reminds your body it is still capable of joy, because that kind of laughter can be healing. Be well to yourself, friends. Thank you Fena, Char, and Cha Cha, we are lucky to have you in our lives and in our corner always. For the past few days I have been thinking A LOT about the woman I am becoming. Who she is now, and who she’ll be in the next two, three, or five years. I soon realized —— I am still learning her. Right now, in this very moment. I am still learning, daily, new discoveries about who I am and who I am developing into as… A daughter, A friend, A servant, A loved one, A DISCIPLE. And yet, I am even more excited to find out who I will be one day as, A leader, A business woman, A wife & mother, A voice for the GOSPEL. I hope you enjoy the bits of my childhood I’ve left on this post. Watching them has been a reminder of how far God has brought me, and the GOOD WORK He must finish within me. We met @bizzier_ in 2024, in the midst of planning E6: The Flower Shoppe. It was our first time working together, so yes, there were nerves, but from that very first brainstorm, there was trust.Not only is she our Scorpio sister, Bizzie is a powerhouse creative, and that was all we needed to know we wanted to support her in any way we could. This past Estrogina marked her third rendition of our portrait studio, and I knew she needed space, so we made it. Expanding this staple activation into our three-part experience set the stage for our diamonds to really show off. We’ve been loving seeing your posts. Bizzie, thank you for showing up ready to pour into us each year. Thank you for bringing your CT community to Boston, we hope we’ve been as hospitable to you all as you’ve been to us. The Cut was an addition we didn’t know we needed in the Estrogina-verse, but in true SIDE fashion, it found us right on time. We’re always about getting our wellness on, but this felt like a deeper invitation, to move, to release, to arrive in our bodies before stepping into everything the weekend would hold. We opened the day in motion and left with a kind an energy you can’t fake, the kind that lingers. Music echoing through the space, laughter bouncing off the walls, bodies in rhythm with themselves and each other. It set the tone in a way we’ll never forget. There was something really special about witnessing you all choose yourselves first. Before the panels, before the conversations, before the celebration, you showed up for you. Thank you for trusting us with that space, for bringing your full selves into the room, and for reminding us that wellness can feel like joy, like release, like community. Thank you again to @bostonwomen for trusting us to slide into what you already built upon from last year. Thank you to our diamonds who showed up and showed out . We can officially say that we’ve wrapped up Estrogina 8: Diamonds are Forever, and it feels bittersweet. Each year passes us like a lightning bolt, yet we still find ourselves sitting in awe of where God has led us, not knowing all those years ago that the purpose would stretch far beyond what we could dream. We birthed Estrogina on a hopeful whim, trusting that women like us would feel seen and loved, especially in response to the spaces that once made us feel otherwise. For eight whimsical years, you’ve walked through our doors expecting to be poured into, and we truly hope we met you there. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for supporting our women’s marketplace and lighting every corner of the room with your brilliance. Welcoming @bostonwomen and @healthyboston Office of Violence Prevention this year felt like a dream we’ve carried for a long time. With their support, alongside our incredible partners, we reached a milestone that means everything to us, making Estrogina free and accessible to all. We are beyond grateful. To every single person who helped us, collaborated, supported, and carried us to the finish line, you are the air beneath our wings, gently and powerfully pushing us forward.
