活動期間依舊會實施量測體溫及簡易手部消毒,若有發燒感冒症狀,還是請您多在家休息。
Anniversary 2.5 is upon us this Sunday. Please note we don’t take reservations for this event.
We shall practice usual precaution towards pandemic control: body temp check and hand sanitizing. If you show any symptoms related to flu or cold, you might want to skip it.
You'll be eligible to purchase That Gin if you make any purchases from the food or drink list. One bottle per person only. Also, during this event we accept only cash. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
下午場自三點開始至六點,提供Oasis Coffee Roasters的有酒精及無酒精咖啡飲品、雷咖哩的泰式香辣豬絞肉紅咖哩、以及Sidebar新酒單搶先喝、某某限量甜點、慢慢弄與阿邦合作小食,以上皆為限量,售完為止。
晚場活動自七點開始至十點,由三位客座來賓:ChangeX小酒館的蛙蛙、Bar Mood的Abby、Bar TCRC的妙妙,同一時段各自帶來不同調酒,以上依舊是限量供應,售完只好先跟大家說遺憾。晚場活動一次點滿四杯調酒,即可獲得僅有100個的Sidebar 2.5週年編號紀念杯墊,送完就只能說感謝支持。
請至點餐櫃檯向服務人員點單付款並拿取號碼牌,再至各取餐處憑號碼牌領取餐點。
當日僅接收現金交易,造成不便請見諒。
與合力酒廠合作限量100瓶的Sidebar 2.5週年琴酒 - That Gin,下午場及晚場各提供50瓶販售,消費任一款餐飲即可參與購買,售完的話就只能再次感謝支持,每人限購一瓶。錯過先前和That Boutique-y Gin Company合作的Sidebar 2週年紀念琴酒的朋友,現場還有少量提供購買。
【關於Sidebar 2.5週年琴酒 - That Gin】
以中性穀物及甘蔗烈酒、少量合力酒廠的威士忌新酒(New Make)為基底,依各種不同原料調整浸泡時間及蒸餾方式,除了杜松子以外,其餘素材皆來自臺灣:阿里山咖啡豆、埔里香草莢、日月潭紅玉紅茶、花東的蜜香紅茶、台東的鹽膚木、花蓮的馬告、愛文芒果、玉荷包荔枝、蜂蜜、肖楠木、桂花、柚子花,最後調和稀釋至裝瓶濃度46%ABV。關於酒標上以及選用的元素都有許多故事,有機會再跟大家分享。
這週日下午三點到晚上十點,中間讓Sidebar喘口氣休息一個小時,2.5週年慶的活動,希望你們有空都能來。

先前有預購的朋友們請帶著當初的預購單跟一顆愉悅的心,戴好口罩,來Sidebar取貨。當初沒有預購到的朋友,現場也有少量可以提供販售。
兩週年紀念款Sidebar Gin,使用傳統琴酒素材加上荔枝、芒果、百香果、柚子、茉莉、橙花,飽滿的花果香氣跟杜松子骨幹。

We ain't kidding. No new Covid cases confirmed today in Taiwan again, and Sidebar Gin has arrived.
We are pleased to invite customers who have pre-ordered to come pick up the bottle(s). No new cases, but we got cases of Sidebar Gin await you guys to enjoy. If you didn't preorder back then, still some bottles are available for purchase at Sidebar.
Introducing Sidebar Gin: Second Anniversary. This is a classic London Dry gin with a strong fruity and floral touch in it, ingredients including lychee, mango, passionfruit, pomelo, jasmine, and neroli, and of course juniper berry.

Now we have finally received the footage of the much anticipated Gin Time last month!
Thank you for all the brands, bartenders and friends coming down to Sidebar cheering for the event, hopefully everyone had a great time enjoying gins at our little place.

The newly launched Sidebar opened in February 2018, has two separate spaces for bar goers to enjoy different environments, especially the gin speakeasy behind the hall. Mr. Soso Cheng the Juniper Berry Horcrux, if you ever had a conversation with him, you know he can't stop talking about gin. That's why we have only 4 Gin Questions with Soso Cheng:

1. What's the size of gin collections in your bar?
Soso: Sidebar now hosts almost 500 different gins in the house.

2. What's your favorite gin classic cocktail?
Soso: My favorite gin classic cocktails are Vesper, Martini, and Gin Fizz.

3. Other than the brand you represent in Gin Time 2019, what else are your favorite gins?
Soso: Now this is a tough call because I have too many favorites, the list changes day by day. For now these are, Solo Gin, Portobello 2018 Distiller’s Cut, and Rock Rose Summer Edition.

4. How do you usually drink your gin?
Soso: I usually drinks gin on rock, or gin soda sometimes.
