Presenting the sound system of the night: Originally built during the pandemic, the Risikoanlage by @wellness.berlin emerged from a moment where investing in club culture felt almost irrational.. but necessary. The system combines four-way bass reflex and horn construction with a highly dynamic and precise response: deep but controlled low-end, physical low-mids, and crisp mid-highs built from vintage JBL horn components reworked with contemporary coaxial drivers. Side Defects returns with a substantial night, featuring one of the most intriguing and extraordinary ambient producers of the last decade: MPU101. Acclaimed for his odd, dreamlike, warm analog sound. A steady name on Ilian Tape’s catalog @ilian_tape , he explores every corner of melancholic euphoria. A rare live appearance in Berlin this 15th of May, presenting new and unreleased material. This is for all the nostalgic and dreamy souls. ☁️

Next to the experimental metamorphosis of analog signals of @kaltwassertv and @belladonna_of__sadness doing the aperture, guiding our senses through textural landscapes and deep abstract fantasy.

After the concerts, we embark on the dancefloor for 6 hours of committed motion and mental stimulation, in the hands and minds of three devoted music collectors, mind-bending selectors, and groove catalysts: Olya Smok, theories, and mFX. @olya_smok @sam.theories @mfx_0o All of this embraced by a high-precision custom sound system by @wellness.berlin 🔊 A four-way bass-reflex and horn design delivering deep, physical low-end, detailed midrange, and crispy highs. Built for clarity, warmth, and dynamic response, the system is tailored for immersive listening and dancefloor experiences alike.

Tonite 🛸 Following our previous encounter with @mechatronicamusic , comes Electrodon and Milan Hermess, two vinyl enthusiasts representing one of the most truthful labels and collectives in Berlin, united by the sound of electro, the label keeps evolving on the different backgrounds of all three members of the imprint. Coming from Italy and influenced by a wide range of sounds, Electrodon (a.k.a. Federico Benedetti) started the label over 10 years ago. With an extensive career in music and vinylism, every set is packed with dynamism, concepts, and hidden gems, guiding listeners through explorations of new worlds and sounds. Another member of the Mechatronica crew, Milan Hermess is heavily influenced by the West Coast sound of Holland, where he’s from, and inspired by Berlin’s nightlife culture. Milan’s sets are driven by one of the essential principles of these movements: to move the body and stimulate the mind, as he whirls through energetic moods across all kinds of frequencies. 20.12 🛸 To complete the snowball of hypnotic madness, comes the beloved local and music expert from Chile, Diamin @amin_diamin . A true audiophile, with a diverse archive and knowledge of all kinds of sources, from ambient to experimental, to left field, to electro to techno, to break beats and acid lines and everything that lies in between which contains a thick background, history and character. We’re talking about serious music that will make you lose yourself—and lose your words. 20.12 🛸 Hailing from Minsk, Belarus, Elena Sizova is one of those producers and DJs who takes risks, venturing into the unexpected spectrum of mysterious sounds. Carrying a vision of authenticity through her music, Elena skillfully untangles the bridges between experimental, introspective rhythms and dance grooves, building up an enganged dance floor crowd through the real effect of sound in the mind.
