Tbh I've just been way more into spending my crafting time/energy on cosplay (@naddalee
if you wanna follow me there!) but I also felt like I kept getting burnt out on trying to make things repeatedly or to keep certain items in stock. I'm pretty frequently jumping between subjects or art mediums I want to work with, so when I had to keep making the same things over and over, I just kinda ended up hating doing WashiMaru, and that sucked! I recently came to the epiphany that I don't have to do hobbies that make me feel burnt out (crazy concept, I know) and that if it's my hobby or side hustle, I can do it however I want to โผ๏ธ
So even though I'll probably still be selling a lot of similar products as I did when I was WashiMaru, it'll be more of just whatever I have in stock or feel like making rather than trying to fulfill demand for specific products or trying to keep all my items in stock. Idk, I just wanted to get back into selling art without feeling too much pressure or feeling overwhelmed lol
I never really felt like WashiMaru truly fit me as artist and always kinda used it as a place holder - I went with Shrimp Fried Things because I love shrimp ๐ฆ and I feel like "things" is vague enough that when I'm posting random products that kinda all over the place, it'll still fit with the overall vibe of the shop โจ๏ธ๐ฆ
But anyways, thank you WashiMaru, you've served me well, but it's time for a new chapter ๐ฆ and thank you to anyone who read this ๐ฉท I hope you enjoy whatever my dumb little head creates โจ๏ธ I'm hoping to open a new etsy shop soon so stay tuned!
Just realized I never shared the last variation of my Tarot Card Pouches ๐คฏ Unlike the others, I didn't exactly have a theme I was going for when I made it, but I guess it's a little like Acid-something...? Idk, I just like the fun colors and tried to add lots of beads ๐ This item works both as a carrier for your cards as well as a reading mat! Unfortunately, unlike my other pouches, this one currently does not come with a pouch for a clear quartz crystal ๐ข I've been having trouble trying to come up with felt designs to add to this pouch but haven't been able to think of anything that I'm really set on! ๐ซ Please let me know if you have any thoughts ๐ Otherwise, I might just leave it as is and sell it at a lower price ๐ค
