Today, we're unveiling a new Showpad — the first end-to-end revenue effectiveness platform for field sales organizations.
The old enablement playbook doesn't cut it anymore. Field reps need tools that keep up with their workflows and the realities of selling complicated physical goods in-person. To deliver that, we are bringing everything they need into one AI-native revenue effectiveness platform for content, coaching, conversations, and insights.

Last week our Showpad Cares Chicago team volunteered through @safehumanechicago at @chianimalcareandcontrol ! (Somehow we left without anyone bringing home a new furry friend 🐶🐱)
CACC is run by the city of Chicago, and operates as a central hub that filters out adoptive animals to many other organizations across the city. Unfortunately, it’s also one of the lowest-funded urban animal controls in the country.
We helped out with a variety of tasks:
🛍️ Packing goody bags for their adoption event over the weekend
🧺 Sorting supplies
🫂 Providing calm training and treats to dogs 🐕 that rarely get a lot of human interaction
🧶 Distributing new toys to the cats 🐈
A massive shout-out to the Showpad Cares members who made this event such a success! Can’t wait to see what we accomplish next.

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves. Celebrating Pride Month means honoring the contributions and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community. It's a time for us to reflect on the progress we've made toward equality and the work we still need to do.

This month, we want to highlight our Pride Employee Resource Group and their year-long initiatives, which are key parts of our inclusion efforts. Here’s a glimpse into our ongoing initiatives:
🌈 Pride ERG: Our Pride ERG promotes inclusivity and offers a supportive space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect. Their goal is to build an engaging LGBTQ+ community at Showpad where everyone feels safe and accepted.
☕️ Rainbow Brews & Chats: Members of the community and allies come together monthly to watch a thought-provoking video, listen to a snippet from a podcast, or have an open conversation.
📚 Pride & Prose Book Club: Our book club fosters meaningful conversations around LGBTQ+ literature, educating and inspiring our community. In the latest session, members explored Elliot Page’s lyrical memoir, “Pageboy.” Next up, they will discuss “Giovanni’s Room” by American author and civil rights activist James Baldwin.
By embracing and celebrating everyone in our company, we can support every Showpadder to reach their full potential. This Pride Month, and every month, we're committed to making Showpad an inclusive place for all.

Our Showpad Cares Chicago rolled up their sleeves and got pedaling with nonprofit, @workingbikes 🚲
From greasing gears to fixing brakes, we spent our time prepping bikes destined for El Salvador.
We got to learn firsthand how Working Bikes breathes new life into old bicycles and sends them to communities in Chicago, Africa, and Central America.
