The Point began long before the finishes, furniture, or final layers.
This walkthrough captures the later stages of construction as the home began to take shape in Deep Cove. Designed as a cabin-inspired, spa-like retreat for a family of four and their three dogs, every decision was guided by durability, warmth, and everyday livability.
One of the only original elements retained was the fireplace - a grounding feature that became a quiet anchor for the entire design direction.

our SOUTHLANDS project marks a moment where our work begins to stretch in a new way.
Rooted in a more classical language - ornament, proportion, detail - this project draws from a Parisian sensibility, reinterpreted through a quieter, more minimal lens.
There’s a balance we’ve been exploring between structure and restraint, where traditional elements like mouldings and symmetry are simplified to feel more intentional, less decorative.
It’s not a departure from how we design, but an expansion of it. A deeper look at how different design languages can still support the same goal: spaces that feel grounded, cohesive, and aligned with how our clients live.
