PROJECT HIGHLIGHT — Designed by @evokeid , at @cfrichmondcentre is a contemporary sales centre project where integrated architectural and accent lighting supports a range of informal and formal gathering spaces. The decorative lighting used throughout the space matched the graphic language of the design elements. The outcome is simply stunning. | We are really excited to finally share some interior captures of the renovation of a 1980’s Deep Cove residence, that we worked on over the past couple years👏🏼 . @evokeid had the privilege of working with our client to reinvigorate the exterior & interior of this amazing waterfront character home, allowing it to accommodate the needs of their young family. Defining architectural elements such as the river stone hearth & pitched roof lines that merge with the mountain side are given new life as part of the new design, while expanded living areas with full height glazing allow the amazing views of Indian Arm to be enjoyed in all weather. Our clients have a love for entertaining, so we focused on creating warm, inviting interiors which are also durable enough for the rigours of hosting & kids! Wood flooring & wall panelling carry that warmth throughout, while the full height glass windows, bring in natural light while taking in -that- view! . We are thrilled that this project was recently featured/published in @westernliving magazine & is also now in the running for the 2025 WL ‘Home of the Year’!
