Celebrating spring with a fresh look for Shiang Studios. It is so exciting to bring all of these elements together and present them publicly for the first time.
This brand identity and vision were created in partnership with @thebuffalocollective , a talented designer.
5 years ago this June, I filmed my first wedding. The love, excitement, emotion, and remembrance of that day are among my best memories. I registered Shiang Studios in 2024, started officially in 2025, and have enjoyed every second of it.
I am so grateful for each and every one of you who has supported and welcomed me. You all mean the world to me. To the next 5 years!

Something I’ve observed as a Boston-based wedding videographer is that the ceremony can have a calming effect on everyone. Sure, it can be nerve-racking to be standing in front of friends and family, but after the ceremony is over, I’ve felt that there is a collective sigh of relief that the hard part is over. Guests can catch up, unwind, and the couple can celebrate the night away.
I’ve spent 23 years around the sun today. I’m taking this day to reflect upon the previous year and reimagine what is possible for the future.
I want to quote a portion of a letter I wrote to myself at last year’s Sip & Share hosted by @nhmagazinesbride
