270/167.5/305 for a 742.5 total u105. To come up with a total PR after a long back rehab was huge.
Squats 240/260/270 7.5kg under my best in comp but didn’t leave a kilo on the table.
Bench 150/160/167.5 Mega day, +7.5 on best comp pressing.
Deadlift 270/290/305 Equal best in comp, put myself in a position to pull for a total PR.

Had a fantastic day over at @adonisathleticscampbelltown to get my qualifying done for APU NSW Championships. First time out since October last year and couldn’t be happier with the result!
Squat: 240/260/277.5 (+5 kg PR)
Bench: 147.5/155/160 (equal best)
Deadlift: 265/285/302.5 (+7.5 kg PR)
740 kg total
Stoked to have some kilos left in the tank across the board, continuing to build this season. Keen to get stuck back in and out together something bigger in a couple months!
