Bit of drizzle this morning but we didn’t let it stop us. 7:30am Beach Yoga turned into Forest Yoga, taking shelter under the trees off the airport road in Strandhill. Birds overhead, soft rain through the leaves, and that lovely quiet that seems to only exist early on a Saturday morning. There’s something very rewarding about still showing up when the weather isn’t perfect. We meet every Saturday morning at 7:30am in Strandhill. Sometimes beach, sometimes forest, always outdoors.

Beach Yoga is back 🌊 Starting this Saturday, May 9th at 7.30am. We’ll meet at The Cannon in Strandhill and walk down the beach to Shelley Valley, nice and sheltered and off the beaten track. From there, it’s 60 minutes of movement, breath, and sea air, back to the car park by 8:50am. This will run as a regular Saturday morning class across the summer, with extra pop-up sessions added when the weather lines up for us.
