Over the weekend at @culturecon , someone asked me how I cultivate my purpose outside of my job. I told them I didn't have to, because I'm living it everyday working at @theccnyc . Iâm living the dream being able leverage my 10+ years of sales and strategic marketing experience to power experiences for my people. It's a blessing to wake up and work with people I respect and admire everyday and know we're truly making an impact on thousands of Black creatives around the world just by existing. Bare minimum, let our journey serve as proof of what's possible when you relentlessly pursue your dreams with build with your people.

Fashionably late, but forever grateful. CultureCon wasnât just an event, it reminded me why we build for the culture in the first place. Honestly, the energy, the joy, and the community? Iâm still replaying it all. Iâm beyond proud of our fearless founder @imaniimani and our team, who poured their hearts into every detail and moment. Their passion, creativity, and community care behind it all are truly what make CultureCon special.
Leading partnerships and connecting brands, creators, and our community is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. At this point in my life, contributing something meaningful to my culture and creating opportunities for my people is what drives me and itâs a blessing to get to do that every day. Safe to say I found my place to bloom.
