spent the afternoon visiting @vetrova.jewelry ’s beautiful studio in south granville and left understanding the brand on a completely different level. seeing her pieces in the space where they’re designed and created made me appreciate the details even more! i’ve always been a gold jewellery person through and through, but I’ve adopted silver this year ANDDDD there’s just something about her brushed silver rings mixed beside my gold stacks that just works. it feels a little cooler, a little less expected and pushes my style slightly outside what i normally gravitate towards!! so im here for it. there’s also something so special about supporting local vancouver brands where you can see the care, process, and intention behind what’s being made - especially when it’s 1 of 1 and not mass produced!!

i’ve been chasing the mexico city street taco high ever since i went (over 6 years ago, very overdue for a return 👀) and @pantitlanbar feels like a sneaky little pocket of CDMX in vancouver. the taco al pastor absolutely hits and is def what they’re known for, but PLEASE order the suadero tacos and report back because i genuinely can’t stop thinking about them!!!!!
