ShapeShifter & Studio150 invite you to Inconvenience Cuisine & Gathering. Inconvenience Cuisine is a shared meal that is deliberately not too comfortable, and not more serious than necessary. There are no famous chefs, no secret ingredients, and no one can say for sure what will be served on the day. Every dish is cooked by two Italian chefs, an artist and a designer. They attempt to cook Italian food using ingredients found in local city markets, staying as close to the original as circumstances allow. If the taste shifts a little, that is simply part of the experience. Inconvenience Cuisine is not trying to impress you. Tanat Teeradakorn. @pgm_991 (b. 1991 Bangkok, TH) is a multi-disciplinary artist, musician, DJ, and graphic designer based in Bangkok, Thailand. Working across multiple mediums including sound, music, performance, text, printmaking, merchandise design, and installation. By combines fragments of his biography, memory, data, and historical narratives where multiple fragments of story and information collide, juxtapose, and are transformed into new bodies of work. Tanat’s work interrogates the ways in which cultural narrative constructs, circulates, and replicates across media, culture, and spatial context. In 2024, he collaborated with Voranat Voraphitak on sound design for the VR work in Chanida Voraphitak’s exhibition ‘PASSCODE, THE DARK DAY’, blending sounds to simulate the virtual environment.
