Ayman, host of @shaolin_eats interviews Chef Mohammed, owner of Al Aqsa Falafel House on 1758 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10305 @al_aqsa_restaurant_ . Hailing from the city of Nablus in Palestine he opened his restaurant around 5 years ago and has been growing in popularity since then. Known for having the best Falafel Sandwich on Staten Island he discusses some of his most popular dishes and how the community has embraced Palestinian food. Give them a visit and try any of their sandwiches, all fresh and made on the premises.
