I deeply admire all of you.
The record is built a bit like a theatre play set inside an old guesthouse, sometimes surreal, with curious guests constantly coming and going. The idea was inspired by Rumi’s beautiful poem “The Guest House.”
I keep learning the same lesson: without others walking the path with you, you don’t travel very far. The Guesthouse is about collaboration and inclusion, about inviting people into the creative process and letting their voices shape the music in ways I could never plan.
Beyond the musicians, there’s the close circle of people who make all of this possible: @pascal_pilorget , @gmc_goodmusiccompany , @lama.ng.norbu , @gloria.cagi , the incredible superstar team at @naiverecords , @jcbrgeois and the Casa Virupa family. I’m very grateful for you all.

Inside you’ll find lessons on the things I actually spend my time on: how I build a practice routine, rhythm goodies (metronome stuff, time feel, odd meters, over-the-barline phrasing), ear training, motivic development, harmony, and the mindset side of all this: how to stay focused, how to keep showing up, how to think long-term about a life in music etc.
There are three tiers, each one bringing you a little closer in. Some lessons are open to everyone. Others go deeper - full breakdowns at the piano, exercises you can actually take to your practice room, and the kind of material I usually only share with private students.
New lessons are going up regularly, and the direction will shape itself partly through your questions, requests, and what you want to dig into.
