Last week I was a guest on my favorite podcast @expandedpodcast talking about @tobemagnetic and how I use their workshops & content to manifest what I authentically want while finding true surrender & gratitude— not the fake spiritual bypass kind that trains you to force gratitude by being hard on yourself, but the real thing that comes as a byproduct of doing the work on your subconscious mind and conscious behaviors. TBM is fascinating, life-changing stuff, from the moment I heard TBM creator @lacyannephillips explain it I was hooked and I could have talked to brilliant podcast host @jessicaashleygill forever about neuroscience and spirituality.
