What better way to connect with your environment than by contributing to its upkeep?
Many of our SGA NYC teammates spent the afternoon cleaning up Manhattan's Morningside Park in honor of hashtag#EarthWeek.
SGA's team was part of a group of more than 100 volunteers from different companies throughout NYC who collectively repainted 340 feet of park fencing, installed 90 new plants, as well as removed 76 bags of invasive plants, weeds, and litter.
Within a few hours, the direct impact of the group's collaboration and determination was visible: creating a safer, healthier environment for the area's residents to get outside and enjoy this urban greenspace.
