Our Journey to 99 High has been accentuated by successful partnerships crucial for bringing our vision to life. At the heart of this collaboration are key players like Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., our Construction Manager; Nuveen, our landlord; and Cushman & Wakefield, whose brokerage team helped secure the lease, while their project management team ensured smooth coordination. Additionally, representatives from our vendors were vital resources throughout the design, construction, and occupancy of this new space. To make the most of these partnerships, clear and consistent communication has been paramount. Leveraging the SGA Dashboard has ensured all partners remain connected and informed. Learn more about the partners who have supported us, and the principles we have relied on throughout the successful execution of the design vision for our new Boston office. ➡️ LINK 🔗 IN BIO

When she joined SGA in 2004, Gable Clarke, NCIDQ's focus was on delivering thoughtful environments that engage and inspire. Over the course of 20 years with the firm, Gable’s role has evolved from Senior Interior Designer to Director of Interior Design to now Partner and President of Interior Design and she’s developed a reputation as an ambassador for the industry and a nurturer of talent. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike, she has been recognized with the Leadership Award of Excellence from @iidane and was included in the Boston Real Estate Times’ 2019 list of 10 Outstanding Women in Commercial Real Estate. As we celebrate 20 remarkable years with Gable, join us in revisiting her work on renovations to the lobby at 99 High Street. While it's hard to pick a favorite project, this one is particularly near and dear to her heart now that it's home to our new Boston office. LINK 🔗 IN BIO #InteriorDesign #CommercialRealEstate

Be sure to get outside and celebrate #EarthWeek among nature! After all, that's what #sustainability is about—working with the environment to protect, preserve, and promote a healthy connection between humans and the world we occupy. This beautiful outdoor venue at Greatland Realty Partners' Revolution Labs might just be the perfect place to do so. Revisit this living amenity at the LINK 🔗 IN BIO

What better way to connect with your environment than by contributing to its upkeep? Many of our SGA NYC teammates spent the afternoon cleaning up Manhattan's Morningside Park in honor of hashtag#EarthWeek. SGA's team was part of a group of more than 100 volunteers from different companies throughout NYC who collectively repainted 340 feet of park fencing, installed 90 new plants, as well as removed 76 bags of invasive plants, weeds, and litter. Within a few hours, the direct impact of the group's collaboration and determination was visible: creating a safer, healthier environment for the area's residents to get outside and enjoy this urban greenspace.

How the built environment can work more harmoniously with surrounding ecosystems to support and enhance community-wide resiliency is something we contemplate quite often—but around #EarthDay especially 🌍 In a recent piece, our team explored a few ongoing SGA projects that highlight a particular shift toward increasingly climate-conscious development. From thermal-bridge-minimizing envelope design to water management and electrification strategies, the future of our environment depends on the solutions we implement today and further execute upon tomorrow. With extensive technical expertise, Ray Cantone, NCARB has contributed to many of SGA's most forward-thinking commissions over the past ten years. Specializing in construction administration for highly complex core and shell projects, Ray's attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset bring value to any project team. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submittals, providing a prompt response to RFIs, and facilitating progress in the field, his practice areas typically include our #LifeSciences and #CommercialDesign verticals. Grateful for a decade with Ray on our team, revisit 50+60 Binney Street at the LINK IN BIO 🔗 to celebrate this milestone anniversary. #Architect #DesignInnovation

Caroline Bergin, NCIDQ, Senior Associate and Director, Interior Design, shares insight into the challenges and opportunities that arise when converting an office building into modern Life Sciences space in a recent conversation with Commercial Property Executive. "Featuring more than 400,000 square feet of flexible suites spanning six floors, the redevelopment prioritizes interconnectivity through human-centric design, reflecting the broader trend of integrating business and science spaces in the increasingly public-facing Life Sciences industry." Fashion, needlework. Mixed media. Acrylics. SGA's dynamic team of creatives exhibited some of their personal artwork at our recent employee gallery show and happy hour. This hybrid event brought teammates together across our New York City and Boston offices for an immersive experience into each other's creative expression—outside of our typical #Architecture and #InteriorDesign work. Inspiring new dialogue and discovery between colleagues, this time to step back and connect creates opportunity for new ideas to spark. Photography and weaving, anyone? How do you express your own #creativity?
