Seth White Architects are an award-winning RIBA chartered practice based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We specialise in residential new build developments, extensions and refurbishments throughout Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties.

Planning application submitted for this refurbishment and extension project in St Albans. This 1920’s home has been extended previously however the plan has become disjointed and no longer fit for purpose. Our proposals aim to create a unified scheme that sits comfortably within the streetscape and creates a larger open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room that connects with the landscaped rear garden. Crittal style windows are to be installed throughout to match the original ones and Zincwork is proposed for the rear cladding and roofing to continue this material palette. Insulated render will improve the thermal performance along with upgraded roofing insulation throughout.

Grange Park Sports development - We have been working on proposals for the masterplan of Grange Park in Wetherby including a new 1st XV rugby pitch and surrounding fencing, a spectator stand with storage facilities, an extension to the existing clubhouse including a viewing terrace and solar panels plus a wellness facility, car parking upgrades and new charging bays.
