THE BENCHMARK CHALLENGE đź’Ş
This is your chance to measure real progress - you vs. you.
The Benchmark Challenge is all about tracking your strength, mobility, and endurance with real data so you can see how far you’ve come over the course of the Spring Challenge.
HOW IT WORKS:
Week 1 - The Benchmark
Book a 20-minute check-in and record your starting metrics with an instructor.
Week 6 - The Breakthrough
Return to re-test and see your progress.
You can choose from Fitness, Yoga/Pilates, or Spin - or mix and match.
WEEK ONE CHECK-IN DATES
In Studio:
• Saturday, April 18 or
• Tuesday, April 21
At Spin:
• Sunday, April 19 or
• Monday, April 20
Spots are limited - book your 20-minute window in Momence.
*Week 6 check-in dates will be released closer to the end of the challenge!

Wondering how to book your guest passes in the new Momence system? Good news - it’s now easier and faster than ever!
There’s been a small change to how guest passes are administered:
You now receive 2 guest passes every month to share with friends and family!
🌟 That means even more passes than before:
6-month members now get 12 passes total (up from 10)
12-month members get 24 passes total (up from 20)

We are officially hiring a Studio + Spin Team Leader to support our daily operations and build that signature Session experience for everyone who walks through our doors!
This role is perfect for someone who loves to lead, thrives on community connection, and can confidently balance front desk energy with behind the scenes administration.
✨ What You Will Do:
Elevate the Space: You will oversee the cleanliness, organization, and boutique feel of both our Studio and Spin locations. Drive Member Success: You will be a guide for new members on their Intro Passes, ensuring they feel supported and capable from day one.
Lead & Train: You will help train new staff and partner with our management team to run studio events and keep operations seamless. Handle the Details: From managing membership contracts and solving account questions to assisting with retail merchandising, you will keep the gears turning smoothly.

We need a problem solver who is passionate about purpose-driven, resilient wellness. Our ideal candidate is:
Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative independently.
Experienced in leadership, hospitality, retail, or fitness operations.
Available for a flexible schedule (covering late afternoons to evenings, and weekends).
The Details Hours: Part-Time (20 to 25 hours a week) with potential opportunities for more hours for the right fit.
Locations: Shifts will be split between our Spin Room and our Studio.

Today marks the official halfway point of the Spring Challenge - and we hope you’re taking a second to recognize just how much work you’ve already put in.
Over the past 3 weeks, we’ve seen:

• Heavier weights being picked up
• Confidence growing in classes
• New friendships forming
• Consistency becoming routine
And the best part? There are still 3 more weeks to go. ✨
This is your reminder that progress isn’t always dramatic or linear. Sometimes it looks like:

• Showing up when motivation is low
• Trying the heavier dumbbell
• Holding the plank a little longer
• Choosing consistency over perfection
This Challenge was never about being the “best” in the room - it’s about building habits, confidence, strength, and proving to yourself what’s possible when you keep showing up consistently. 🤍

THE MEMBER SPOTLIGHT MINI CHALLENGE ⚡️
Spring Challengers - this one’s for you!
You may have noticed the Member Spotlight mini challenge in your booklets - if you weren’t sure what that entails, we’ve laid it out for you!
WHAT IT IS:
A short form where you can reflect on your fitness journey, progress, and experience at Session - plus upload a photo of yourself. Submissions will be featured on our social media throughout June and July.
WHY IT MATTERS:
This Challenge isn’t just about reps and points - it’s about building a strong, supportive community.
Your story could inspire someone else to start, stay consistent, or keep going when it gets hard. ✨
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
• Scan the QR code at the front desk
• Fill out the Google form
• Upload a photo
• Collect your star at the front desk after completing your form!
Deadline to submit: May 31
Completely optional - but if you’ve been showing up for yourself these past few weeks, this is a chance to celebrate that and share it. 🤍

WEEK 1 BENCHMARKS: DONE! ✔️🔥
We just wrapped up four incredible days of check-ins, and to say we are blown away would be an understatement. Not only did we see so many of you absolutely crush it by picking up heavier weights than you’ve ever tried, but the energy in the studio was electric. The way you cheered each other on, introduced yourselves to new faces, and rallied as a community was exactly what this challenge is all about.
📋 YOUR RESULTS: Our front desk team is working hard behind the scenes to get everyone’s scores logged into our master tracking sheet! You will be able to get your official numbers to write into your Challenge Booklets by this Thursday.
The Game Plan: If you tackled multiple categories, pick the 5 specific metrics you want to prioritize and beat in six weeks. If you stuck to one category, lock in those 5 exercises!
🌱 NOW, THE WORK BEGINS. You have the next 6 weeks to put in the effort. Here is how to tackle your goals:
• Practice anywhere: Metrics like Eyes-Closed Tree Pose, Planks, and Hollow Holds are perfect to practice both in the studio and right in your living room.
• Build the muscle: To improve your strength metrics (like those tricep dips), focus on strengthening those specific muscle groups in class. Grab a heavier dumbbell for your overhead extensions or kickbacks.
Reminder: It is always okay to grab a heavier weight than your normal selection in class, even if you only get 1 or 2 reps out of it before dropping down! That is exactly how you gradually work your way up to completing full sets.
🗓️ THE FINISH LINE:
Week 6 Check-Ins will take place on Thursday, May 28th, Friday, May 29th + Saturday, May 30th.
We cannot wait to see you back at the stations to see how much you’ve grown. Let’s make these next six weeks count!
