Asteriska’s spiritual journey began in 2011 through meditation, Reiki, TAT, and sound healing. Drawn to sound and singing from a young age, she explored the science and energetics of sound and its effects on the body, mind, and emotions. She holds Level 1–3 Singing Bowl certifications and Multi-Instrumental Sound Journey certifications and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing spiritual studies.
