14 months ago, on my very first day, I was convinced I wouldn’t last long there (which kinda almost reached that point haha 🥲) but hey, I kept pushing and still made it through! I would never be able to express how grateful and honored I am for being able to serve in a such fantastic and warm place. I felt unworthy for a very long time and still kinda does 🥲 .. but thanks to your guidance, your knowledge, your kindness and your patience, I felt more and more comfortable and confident with myself where actually work didn’t feel like labour, but more as practicing my passion with a family at home.
Everything I have learned, experienced and lived there made me a better chef, a better organized thinking person and it has been a main factor for my own personal growth. So thanks to everyone I had the chance to be working with, it wouldn’t have happened without you ❤️
