You showed up, and that deserves praise ALWAYS! Don’t be afraid to give a runners nod, high five, words of encouragement! We all need and deserve motivation and the best motivation comes from a stranger! It’s not about how you start, the ups and downs in between, what matters is that you finished and silently became someone else motivation.
