🍏 Ashmead's/Bedan '24, a blend made from 100% organic estate fruit. A very complex still cider with bright acid.
🍏 Liberty '24, a single-variety cider made from 100% organic estate-grown Liberty apples from the 2024 vintage. Naturally sparkling. Bright, fresh, and very approachable for those who don't typically reach for a dry cider.

Join us in Callicoon for the second annual gathering of New York cider makers. Spend the afternoon tasting ciders from across the region, listening to live music in the orchard, and celebrating the start of the Catskills season.
