I couldn’t stop crying from the moment my plane touched the ground in Paris this AM until now. What the f* have I just lived? Feels like waking up from a dream. I’ve been putting all my heart, guts, emotions, voice, sweat and sometimes blood teaching cycling over the past couple of years at dynamo. Led by a promise I made to myself to always search for the thrill. The goosebumps. The collective high. Over these years I’ve been lucky to be endorsed by a brilliant french community of riders that I love and admire, but still I always felt different and misunderstood somehow. When Ivan told me he wanted to create a global cycling event, I told him — what are you waiting for? You got this. When he told me he wanted me to close Ride The World — boy, was it nervewrecking. It was the first time I opened up in front of a larger crowd. In a language I am not used to teach in. In front of so many coaches whose work I love and respect. Stakes were high. I poured my whole heart into this. The whole thing passed in a heartbeat. Full blackout. The feedback and exchange of energy I received from everyone was the “yes, that’s it” answer I never asked the universe to give me, yet still the universe managed to give it to me somehow, and for that, I am so blown away. A couple of thoughts I have been repeating to myself these past days. 1. The bike is a tool. We can use it in multiple ways. 2. As we’re plural and different, so should be our ways of teaching. Difference makes us STRONGER. 3. Art, hardcore workout, chaotic spirituality. That’s it for me. 4. No such thing as “having energy”. You are the energy. 5. Whatever you do will resonate if you do it from the gut. 6. “Only from the heart we can touch the sky” To everyone who showed up this weekend ; To all my fellow global colleagues and instructors ; To my team in Paris and abroad ; To the folks who envisioned this and brought it to life: THANK YOU Can we start it all over again? ❤️

This shoot came together fast: quick setup, barely any time, but that pace brought something honest to the images. Things with @seibel always move quickly, and I think that rhythm is part of what makes our friendship and creative flow work as it does.

men often want to have kids, few really want to be fathers fatherhood is amazing but requires many sacrifices. speaking from a hyperactive, overachiever mind, fatherhood taught me things don’t go as fast as you can usually make them go. “building” now implies more than data, resources, material or professional wins. it’s building memories. it’s slow, progressive, it’s delicate and definitely not an immediate dopamine hit it makes you resignify the sources of play and thrill from the relentless quest for more. as there’s suddenly not much more you can, want or need to add fatherhood reinforced the need to learn pleasure from stillness. i’ve been on this road for a while since singapore / bali 4 years ago, when i got serious with meditation. i got far from it, and then it amplified it, and it made it useful now it also resignifies the relationship with your partner. it drives it forward, but also puts it to a test as dialogue either amplifies or the lack of it can kill it. i’m lucky we say things to each other but we also give each other space to think things through @chaumetclotilde 4 days away fully offline listening to the ocean and now practicing a new sense of resting, instead of treating myself, just being fully of presence for them. and isn’t this great. i could have never imagined this 5 years ago. everything else can wait and i’ll get back to whatever i want to get back to, later, in due time. the time is now and these moments won’t come back. i kinda miss it already and i’m right in the middle of it ps.: last pic is a true no bs representation of the process behind travelling a whole family on a train - the world famous “l’orga”

how are we helping people help other people? i spent the longest time in my career just doing my thing. in my craft, in my room and in my community before i actually realized there was anything different about what i was doing. i come from a background of brand strategy: i cultivate uniqueness for other brands helping them stand out. when i jumped into indoor cycling, it always seemed obvious to do that very same thing for myself. telling a story. exaggerating my presence. emboldening the why. while keeping a solid work ethic. for me, my community, my colleagues, and the studio i work with. the people around me. destiny led me to global stages and being in touch with different communities. i guess i was lucky. but it gave me a platform to share and exchange. and i love doing something with that opportunity. i always ask myself, what are the different ways i help people with the platform i have been given? how can i leverage that luck and pay forward? after a full weekend at @spincyclebr summit, i was invited to do an in-depth exploration for spincycle são paulo. @spincyclepaulista everything: storytelling, cultivating your craft, your essence, your why. and how that comes to life through three main pillars: in your class, offline communication, and online. even though that subject is so vast that each one of those three pillars could be a mentorship program on its own, it was an amazing opportunity to talk, discuss, and really take the time to interact and grow. so here are some ideas from that chat. these teams in brazil are so lucky to have a structure that invests in their instructors and understands their growth and uniqueness is their win. one that celebrates differences. plurality. thanks to the whole team for sitting down, sharing stories and also going through my 187 slides. i love teaching class because it’s flow and it’s artistic, but i also love when it gets brainy and cerebral. huge appreciation for being in my country and sharing this with people who come from the same place i come from. anything that helps people move forward makes me move forward and on we go

in 2026 i decided to reduce the amount of travel to spend more time with my family and my baby boy. when lala invited me to come to brazil for spincycle, clo and i decided to also extend this into a family vacation trip, so everything just made sense. plot twist: clo signed a deal with chanel for fashion week and here i was on the road and on the plane again. so many thoughts cross my mind before these events. the buildup of expectation, adrenaline, this desire to be at the level of what I expect from myself. it’s really mental. the preparation is 100x harder than teaching. the class is the fun part. there’s also an element that you can’t control. it’s the team and the crew you’ll be put in front of and the energy they bring. you never really know until you actually get there. brasil (with an S!) didn’t let me down. spin managed to create such a solid product and business culture of unity, strength, physical evolution, but still keep the kindness and humility that is rare when people are excellent and overly passionate. the folks in paris know i have been exploring different nuances in my classes. bringing that evolution to events seemed to me like the obvious thing to keep the passion going. if cycling is an expression of vision, as we evolve, that expression needs to evolve too. when you serve honesty and vulnerability, you never know how it’s gonna resonate until it’s out there. and in brazil it def resonated. the energy in this country is insane. but the culture built behind the brand is key. 2 days applauding my colleague coaches, the passionate riders, seeing vitor again (!!), hanging out with the studio owners and the spincycle brains behind it all. and also enjoying my friends. hanging out with manu, seeing what lala built, finally meeting pepe (he’s so adorable!), learning choreo from loli and admiring priscilla for everything she is despite her putting her dirty plates in front of my hotel door (lol merci). reconnecting with the rtw crew (alex, ivan, max!). being with the AMAZING CREW from @spincyclebr and the Prudente team brasil is always good news obrigado amigos amo vocês

i come from a business background before cycling or wellnesss. when i moved to france at age 19 “entrepreneurship” wasn’t about doing something fancy it was about surviving. business wasn’t optional, it was the only way i had years later i brought that mindset into cycling. and i think part of the echo i found with my work wasn’t just passion or commitment (a lot of that tho) but also a certain vision and analytical way of seeing things what really drives me now is helping athletes, entrepreneurs and people around me go beyond passion and build something smart with their knowledge and talent this thursday i’ll be sharing seven ideas on business in this universe with the ride the world team, a fellow entity whose vision and courage in business i really admire tune in at 4pm paris thursday 26th, more info at @globalflowcycling

LAUNCHING SANT ROCH Starting tomorrow, we welcome the public at @santroch We use heat as a platform for trance and release, surrender, and shared experience. We use cold as a tool to develop resilience, courage, strength, and the ability to let go. We blend the two to create clarity and a sense of collective belonging. After four months of research, testing and designing with @julesbouscatel and @chloebouscatel , we are proud to finally see it open doors. We’ve onboarded and trained uniques teachers, artists and musicians to become Sant Roch guides. Three are starting this week and many more soon. Being part of this project wasn’t on our plans but sometimes when you feel that gut excitement and get along super well with the founders, you take the chance. And do the work. We would have never accepted without people who believe in our vision, give us space to explore, and share creative ownership. We gave birth to our first child in the middle. Funny story, Clo was texting Jules 20 minutes before meeting our baby. Late December, Gab flew to NY and took 12 sessions in 3 days. He became obsessed and knew Paris would want it. Sant Roch is the result of having that visionary feeling, the craziness of actually bringing an idea and people together and the courage to make it happen. Add truly nice founders. It’s rare. _ Research and benchmarking _ Experience design _ Manual writing _ Talent Casting _ Training program _ Rehearsal sessions and performance coaching _ Many plunges, many hours in the sauna We’ll start teaching next week. Thank you to everyone involved. Thank you to the founders for the investment and trust. Thank you to the guides and future guides who trusted us. We are lucky to have you with us. Would you like to start?

i saw countless coaches and entrepreneurs obsess over form, execution, plans, and ideation. but most of the time the real problem isn’t execution > it’s the dream behind it. it’s not fully knowing your value, it’s undercharging because you’re afraid to own your positioning. we play too small because we’re afraid of being exposed. it’s not really execution > it’s the thinking big enough. when you affirm and own your vision other people will see it too. but if you don’t do it, no one will do it for you.

BACK TO WORK. almost 2 months since Raph was born and i am formally back to business. i think i never really stopped with two transatlantic work trips but it was on and off. we have a whole system in place, i have an office now and so happy with our new life. 7 things i am currently working on > branding! we are running a super cool branding project for a high end luxury skirts business from NYC. we’re knees deep in references and creative framework and strategy. collaborating with @luisasamuel and @gabriel_kolton > marketing campaigns: i am finalizing the third campaign for OASE @laurasolveigisrael we’ve been working together since september of last year, and over these past 4 months the platform DOUBLED revenue and the amount of customers there. many developed with @marionmada and @luisasamuel > coaching 1:1: i’m helping entrepreneurs with vision, system and organization processes to fight imposter syndrome and grow. after 15 years running a multi-million dollar revenue studio, i trained my mind to build infinite frameworks and processes to empower other people’s businesses. i never really advertised this service but people kept on coming to me for this and i love it > events: i just came back from mexico where i co-led RTW 2 with a bunch of other super powerful and inspiring coaches. what a journey! the best event in the world @ridetheworldd ❤️ > sant roch: we are leading the experience design and recruitment / training along with the founders for the first and coolest high end contrast therapy studio in france. such an amazing project. and the brand is so awesome @santroch @chaumetclotilde > miggy - this is one of my favorite. @getmiggy has been with me since the beginning, we originally ran brand dev as my last project at EAT, and then i helped her with strategy sprint, marketing sprint, and the whole GTM strategy. the business has been launched and I’m doing fractional CMO/COO for the company and so excited with the potential of this product. @andreawolfhealth 💙 > dynamo: you know :) 8x a week min. > my own brand: homework! doing my own branding and strategy framework for 2026
