Easing back into work today after the most restful Easter break! Slow mornings, bingeable tv, way too much food, and a nice little pause before my weddings come back in true wedding season abundance 🙌 This bouquet feels like a gentle reawakening: calm tones, delicate movement, and all those layers of spring florals that make my heart beat a little faster. How chic would it be to host your welcome dinner on a tennis court? The perfect start to your wedding weekend! 🎾 My vision was to create something visually striking and playful; a serpentine table weaving its way through the tennis net, creating an immersive, intimate dinner setting. A palette of greens, soft lemon and crisp whites nodded subtly to the tennis theme, while @billyandfigstudio gorgeous, whimsical stationery brought a touch of nostalgia to the design. Finished with airy florals and sweet wicker lamps, each element came together beautifully! Some bouquets are built to a recipe… Mine are built in layers, in movement, in feeling. I work to stem counts but if it needs a little somethin’ somethin’ it’s going in ☺️ There’s a formula, but when it comes to a bouquet nothing in my flower order is off limits, which is why no bouquet ever truly looks the same. Each one is shaped slowly, flower by flower, allowing the natural direction of every stem to lead the design. I wait for quiet moments to make them. No rush, no noise except maybe a little Lainey Wilson 😜 Just me, the flowers, and the mirror I use as my guide, stepping back constantly to watch the shape unfold from every angle. I want my bouquets to feel alive. Colours that make my heart and mind sing… Just putting it out there, that I would very much like to recreate this palette for a couple… Spring 2027 already has some seriously beautiful colours in there, and this one added in there would be the cherry on the cake.
