Colours that make my heart and mind sing… Just putting it out there, that I would very much like to recreate this palette for a couple… Spring 2027 already has some seriously beautiful colours in there, and this one added in there would be the cherry on the cake. Wearables… I create wearable flowers for my couples often, buttonholes, corsages, crowns, but never quite this delicate. Workshops and shoots give me space to explore, chance to test mechanics, try ideas, and see what works. This one, and this image, is one of my favourites from last week. If Marie Antoinette got married today, do you think it would look like this because I do 🧁🍸🧁🍸🧁🍸 One of the softest, prettiest concepts I’ve ever seen by the brilliant @lndevents and @thetrove_ at the stunning @castertongrange Fluffy, floaty florals, handwritten linen signage pooling softly onto the floor, a whole table of cakes topped with SUGAR flowers (yes, @wrencakedesign made those flowers with her HANDS) and delicate linen menus beneath chrome place cards catching the light and cutting unexpectedly through all the softness. Martini in hand on a balmy wedding eve, sitting down to dinner ON THE TENNIS COURT, the chicest bride in the world floating around in a retro mini dress 🎾🍸✨ So many playful, retro, details. Pom poms of hydrangeas bobbing along a curved table like tennis balls, scallops, waves, a bespoke motif of the couple dancing with tennis rackets in hand, and a tray of matches for those sundown cigars.
