someone once asked me why i share flow videos because im "not that good"
it fuckt me up for a minute, and i stopped sharing... but after some time, i realized for me its a video diary, doing what i love in beautiful places. and the ability to reflect on progress is helpful. it reminds me of all the miles ive traveled when im caught up in the glorified grind.
so here i am, back in Florida, tryna fight the sads with movement. it feels good to be back in the palms, part of me has always felt i belong here.
