I was never an athlete - kasi bawal maging active ang babae - baka masaktan . Ngayon runner na ! I seized the opportunity to take care of my body - Nung di na kami
Magkaanak .
i realized how focused I was with work and napabayaan ang katawan sa puyat and no exercise .
Never too late to learn and begin again !
So ito - hataw na !
Marami ang ka-age ko na pamilya ang inatupag or trabaho — and paano ang katawang lupa ninyo ?
To the younger ones - take that ! You’ve got that Head start

To summarize :
this 50-year old vintage machine is so far in GOOD RUNNING CONDITION because of SCIENCE —- (🙏 and God’s grace )
I have strength and conditioning ( and plyo !). Pilates for core and mobility , a scientific run program — and she wants to continue exploring the outdoors !!!

It’s MANDATORY for race cars see their mechanic before and after — some have their mechanics on board.
It is NOT an option for me not to go to the gym ( or Pilates ) . It’s up to the mechanic to tweak my workout depending on the state of my body .
